JAY GREENE, ESQ., CPA
Jay Patrick Greene, Esq., CPA, is the founding attorney of Greene Law Firm, P.C. He has practiced law since 2008. He helps Bay Area families with wills, trusts, probate, Medi-Cal planning and asset protection from the firm's San Francisco office at 447 Sutter Street, Suite 435.
Jay is also a Certified Public Accountant, so he looks at the legal and tax sides of a plan together.
He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting (2000) and a master's degree in accountancy (2003) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and his law degree (2007) from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar and The Florida Bar in 2008 and to the State Bar of California in 2014.
In Alabama, he also serves as the Jefferson County Administrator (Probate), appointed by order of the Jefferson County Probate Court in February 2025.
